As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in conceiving and evolving our digital ecosystem. Responsibilities
Use consumer insights and behavioral data to craft human-centered, visually compelling, and highly usable digital experiences.
Present design solutions to a variety of audiences, including key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Work closely with developers to deliver final assets, validate specifications, and ensure smooth implementation of interfaces.
Contribute to shaping the strategic direction and product roadmap alongside the product and Agile teams.
Draw from design system libraries and multi-brand guidelines to deliver consistent interfaces, while advocating for design system enhancements.
Engage in daily collaboration with product managers, engineers, UX writers, researchers, and fellow designers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
Elevate the team's design processes and practices by championing a data-driven and user-centered design mindset.
Give and seek thoughtful feedback with product team members and other designers to continuously raise the quality bar.
Qualifications
Proven ability to design, iterate, and deliver end-to-end digital solutions within multidisciplinary teams, from initial briefing to successful launch.
Expert in user-centered design and visual principles, with a strong grasp of how layout, typography, and color choices influence usability.
Experience producing process flows, content inventories, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface design files.
Skilled at interpreting business goals and translating them into meaningful design requirements.
Able to juggle multiple initiatives in parallel, even when scopes are evolving or ambiguous.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience designing market-facing digital products with measurable success.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Axure, InVision, and Illustrator, with bonus familiarity with UX research tools like Usertesting.com and Optimal Workshop.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse stakeholders.
Enjoys collaborating in a team-focused culture where openness, creativity, and fun are part of the process.
Proactive, highly organized, and fully autonomous in driving design work forward.
