As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a key role in the efficient management of service operations. You will be responsible for monitoring service calls, scheduling technician work and assignments to ensure compliance with our contractual agreements and customer satisfaction.
Main Functions:
Following service calls, evaluate and prioritize needs, then assign a technician to perform the work.
Plan regular inspection and maintenance visits in accordance with maintenance contracts.
Follow up with technicians regarding work performed for clients.
Take steps with suppliers, evaluate submissions, and proceed with the purchase and delivery of necessary materials and equipment for the work.
Evaluate and plan weekly labor, and adjust according to emergencies.
Verify service reports for repair and maintenance work.
Control workshop inventory.
Order all necessary equipment for preventive maintenance contracts.
Prepare files for billing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of service dispatch experience.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong sense of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in the Office suite.
Knowledge of Maestro software, an asset.
Bilingualism (French and English).
