As a Software Solutions Architecture Advisor, you will be responsible for translating requirements into solutions that comply with the design, ensuring delivery for all aspects (architecture lead). Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional leadership within the solution delivery team and among surrounding stakeholders, including external vendors.
Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and ensure that all deliverables align with the architectural design.
Ensure the end-to-end integrity, quality, and consistency of the solution from design through deployment.
Guarantee proper alignment and integration of the solution within existing ecosystems to minimize potential issues.
Lead solution review governance by proposing, reviewing, and approving architecture decisions in accordance with enterprise frameworks.
Support overall project success by facilitating effective schedule, scope, and budget management.
Maintain a clear traceability of architectural decisions, validate technical documentation, and ensure updates to all impacted permanent records.
Uphold adherence to the organization’s architectural approach and process methodologies.
Contribute to the evolution and enforcement of enterprise-wide directives, standardized tools, methodologies, and approved architectural frameworks.
Serve as application owner within the enterprise repository, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the systems and technologies under their purview.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of architecture trends in alignment with established enterprise standards and practices.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple facets of complex projects simultaneously.
High tolerance for ambiguity, uncertainty, and frequent change.
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including both internal and external resources.
Experience designing high-volume, high-availability systems and applications.
Strong understanding of key strategic IT technologies.
Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, MVP, LEAN, and ITIL.
Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written; bilingualism is a valued asset.
Knowledge of the financial services and insurance sectors is considered an asset.
Digital transformation and large-scale project experience are considered valuable assets.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, or another relevant discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 7 years as an architecture professional involved in large-scale projects and organizations.

The ideal candidate will act as an integrator advisor, supervising two other architects and developing roadmaps for digital projects.
