détails d'emploi
A prominent Canadian financial services and insurance enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Analyst – Workday to join its core enterprise systems team.
...
In this role, you will operate squarely at the crossroads of business architecture and back-end integration engineering. Unlike standard operational business analysis or functional HR workflow configuration, this mandate is fundamentally technical and integration-centric. Acting as the technical authority between operational stakeholders and software developers, you will design interface specifications, dissect data schemas, challenge integration approaches, and validate complex data migration pipelines across enterprise-wide platforms.
Advantages
Core Technical Influence: Steer mission-critical integration architectures, data transformation flows, and REST/SOAP APIs across a top-tier enterprise landscape.
Flexible Hybrid Setup: Enjoy a balanced work model combining telework with occasional collaboration at modern corporate office hubs in the Greater Montreal or Montérégie areas.
Long-Term Enterprise Mandate: A structured 12-month initial engagement offering competitive contract remuneration and a strong prospect for renewal.
Engineering-Driven Culture: Join a collaborative IT delivery team where deep technical knowledge, analytical rigor, and systems acumen are highly prized.
Responsibilities
Convert complex business scenarios into developer-grade interface requirement documents, technical mapping matrices, and API interaction models.
Partner directly with back-end integration developers to evaluate, debate, and refine technical solutions, field schemas, connector parameters, and payload structures.
Navigate and inspect Workday object structures, calculated fields, and underlying data definitions to guide seamless data conversion and migration initiatives.
Drive technical integration quality assurance: design detailed edge-case test datasets, structure integration testing protocols, and guide technical UAT cycles.
Serve as the dedicated bilingual translator who bridges business logic with low-level engineering constraints.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration faults, and interface bottlenecks across disparate target systems.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of proven IT experience as a Technical Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Software-Oriented Business Analyst within complex enterprise landscapes.
4+ years of hands-on familiarity working inside Workday Core environments, featuring the ability to navigate object models, field dependencies, and architectural logic (prior experience as a developer or integration specialist who transitioned to systems analysis is an ideal asset).
Solid technical fluency in API protocols (REST, SOAP), integration middleware, connector architecture, and ETL/data conversion concepts.
Proven track record drafting granular technical interface specifications, field-by-field mapping sheets, and test execution scripts.
Practical understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
