Schedule: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday/Friday Remote; Tuesday-Thursday in-office)
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage precise data entry and rigorous follow-up within the SAP system to ensure every shipment is accounted for and on time.
Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse B2B and B2C clientele, resolving conflicts and providing proactive solutions in both French and English.
Monitor inventory levels closely to anticipate shortages and collaborate with production teams to solve logistical puzzles before they affect the customer.
Work hand-in-hand with logistics and warehouse departments to optimize account execution and maintain database integrity.
Qualifications
Concrete, hands-on experience is non-negotiable as you will hit the ground running during a major tech transition.
This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or logistics (Industrial or Food sector preferred).
DEC in Administration, Logistics, Sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office/Teams; knowledge of EDI is a major asset.
A natural resourcefulness and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, "fast-environment" setting.
