Responsibilities
As an Accountant III, you will play a critical role in the timely and accurate transfer of client assets. Your day-to-day will involve:
• Outbound Communication (80%): Making professional outbound calls to various financial institutions to follow up on and facilitate client transfers into the Wealth division.
• Operational Support (20%): Performing high-accuracy data entry, updating internal systems, and utilizing software such as ISM, Kofax, and Case Management tools.
• Workflow Management: Managing tickets and ensuring all client data is updated with precision and speed.
• Daily Collaboration: Participating in 15-minute daily team huddles to align on targets and deliverables.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are essential for professional phone outreach and internal ticketing.
• Phone Proficiency: Prior experience in a role requiring professional phone conduct is a mandatory requirement.
• Technical Aptitude: High comfort level with technology and a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel (ability to navigate spreadsheets and learn macros quickly).
• Operations Experience: A background in operational tasks, multitasking, and meeting daily targets.
• Attention to Detail: A proven ability to handle sensitive customer data with 100% accuracy.
• Education: Recent graduates are highly preferred and encouraged to apply!
Nice to Haves:
• Macro Expertise: Previous experience creating or working with Excel macros is a huge plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Banking, specifically within Wealth Management or with systems like ISM, EIS, or Kofax.
• Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is a significant asset.
• Call Center Experience: Familiarity with high-volume outbound calling environments.
Summary
This Accountant III contract is scheduled to run from May 12, 2026, to October 31, 2026. While this is a focused, short-term volume support assignment without a current path for extension, the experience gained within this high-performing team is second to none.
