Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No OT/Rotation)
Contract Duration: 6 months (September 28, 2026 – March 27, 2027)
Pay Rate: $28.47/ hour

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute back-office financial requests, update internal systems, and handle complex data entries within established guidelines and SLAs.
Operational Support: Validate information, perform adjustments within authority levels, and support internal partners with incoming operational transactions.
Problem Resolution: Identify operational issues, connect with appropriate internal stakeholders, and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary.
Process Improvement: Participate in daily 10–15 minute team huddles and actively contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Compliance & Due Diligence: Maintain strict confidentiality, handle customer data securely, and comply with all regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, enterprise guidelines).

0–5 years of overall operational or financial experience.
Post-secondary education or university degree preferred.
Demonstrated job stability (candidates with frequent, short-term job changes will not be considered).
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, and data analysis).
Strong understanding of Money Movement, asset types, and Registered/Non-Registered products (e.g., Margin, Foreign Exchange, Money Market deposits).
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
Proven capability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience in banking, wealth management, or transfer processing operations.
Familiarity with account transfer systems and Global/Wealth Shared Services platforms.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
