Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate Counterbalance, Order Picker, Reach, and Walkie forklifts
Material Handling: Process shipping, receiving, and stock put-aways to maintain product flow
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision
Inventory Control: Complete regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate
General Operations: Assist with manual lifting (up to 50 lbs) and facility maintenance
Qualifications
Certification: Valid license (Order Picker with Fall Arrest, Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie)
Safety Record: Proven commitment to safety in high-volume warehouse settings
Reliability: Excellent attendance history and consistent punctuality
Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Availability: Flexible and open to steady, full-time shifts across any schedule
