Responsibilities
Suggesting engineering drawings and solutions based on customer requests.
Promoting the full line of products to engineering communities with a focus on developing specifications.
Crafting technical content, emphasizing research and development (R&D).
Aiding in sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing ones.
Providing technical support to the sales and marketing team.
Offering on-site technical assistance for ongoing projects.
Creating, refining, and editing technical literature.
Ensuring products comply with engineering standards through testing.
Collaborating with the operations team to optimize production cycles.
Assisting in creating technical marketing insights.
Conducting educational sessions (such as “lunch and learns” and webinars) for contractors and engineering firms.
Responding to and supporting customers during critical product situations.
Building trust with end users of our materials and equipment.
Actively participating in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry associations.
Engaging in order processing and identifying new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications
Holds a College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a University degree in Engineering.
Possesses over 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing industry
A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is considered an asset.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate calculations and documentation.
