Responsibilities
The responsabilities of the welding position are:
MIG and TIG Proficiency: Ability to weld joints with minimal supervision using MIG and TIG processes.
Repair Work: Repair defective welds using the necessary tools and equipment.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints for precise placement, positioning, and dimensions.
Structural Assembly: Weld structures and components together to ensure leak-proof/airtight joints.
Quality Inspection: Examine workpieces for weak points or defects to ensure they are properly repaired.
Fabrication: Shape and fabricate metal parts as required.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Clean work surfaces and finished welds using scrapers, wire brushes, and cleaning solvents.
Qualifications
The qualifications of the welder position are:
Education & Experience: DVS (DEP) in Welding-Fitting or equivalent welding experience.
Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of prior welding experience.
Soft Skills & Flexibility: Strong team spirit and the ability to adapt to shift work and occasional long hours.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
