A global leader in chocolate and cocoa located in Montreal is looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support all marketing activities in Canada. Under the supervision of the management team, you will be the operational pivot for campaign execution and brand influence.
This role is ideal for a "jack-of-all-trades" profile capable of switching from creative writing to graphic design in the blink of an eye.

We are looking for a proactive person with a great sense of organization and a sharp creative eye, capable of adapting to the fast pace of a multinational corporation while working in a local and friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness: Participate in developing the online presence and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Social Media Management: Create, plan, and publish engaging content (Facebook and other platforms) and manage community engagement.
Sales Tool Creation: Design impactful presentations, sell sheets, promotional items, and support material for product launches.
Event Support: Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and sponsorship management.
Content Creation: Write marketing copy, create visuals for television/digital screens, and perform various graphic design tasks.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing (operational profile capable of becoming autonomous quickly).
Languages: Full bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
Proficiency with graphic design tools: Canva, Photoshop.
Excellent knowledge of professional Facebook page management.
