Pay rate: $22-$25/ hour based on experience

Responsibilities
-Take orders from customers and sales agents via phone and email.
-Order parts from suppliers.
-Assist customers with determining proper parts for their requirements.
-Keep accurate records of all transactions, including receipt, distribution, and return of parts.
-Monitor inventory levels and alert management when reorders are necessary.
-Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve any issues related to orders.
-Conduct regular physical inventories to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts room.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Min 2-3 years Prior experience in parts management or a related field preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is a must.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
