- Contract Duration: 8 months (Possibility of extension).

- Pay Rate: $29/hr.
- Location: Montreal or Toronto.
- Work Mode: Hybrid.
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (e.g., 8-4 or 9-5).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Calendars: Schedule meetings and training sessions by managing invitations and participants' calendars.
- Manage Communications: Send out invitations, reminders, and necessary documents to participants and training partners.
- Data Management (Excel): Maintain accurate participant tracking lists, update databases, and generate tracking reports using Excel.
- Support Session Kickoffs: Log in at the start of each session (virtual or in-person) to ensure everything is technically sound and welcome participants.
- Collaborate with Partners: Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external partners regarding session logistics.
- Handle Admin Tasks: Maintain records and follow up on post-training documentation
Qualifications
- Experience: Junior profile (approx. 1-2 years of experience) in administration, office coordination, or calendar management.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced level required (ability to manage complex participant tracking, use of formulas and databases).
- Software: Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook for calendars, Word, PowerPoint).
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of Task by Planner or Power BI.
- Communication: Superior interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Language: Perfectly bilingual (English and French) as you will be communicating with stakeholders across Canada.
- Education: College diploma or certificate in administration, office coordination, HR training, or a related field.
