Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of complex administrative tasks, including proactive calendar management and facility planning for Managing Directors.
- Coordinate comprehensive business travel arrangements for Executive Directors and their respective teams.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately using internal systems (Concur).
- Contribute actively to the organization of corporate events for the Architecture and Modernization team.
- Enhance the efficiency of existing operations by proposing and participating in the definition of new operational strategies.
- Mentor and onboard new administrative team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in high-level administrative support (Senior Management or Executive level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and hands-on experience with Concur.
- Demonstrated experience in complex travel booking and expense management.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a major asset for navigating an international context.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, autonomy, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
