Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Schedule: Full-Time 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
As the Facilities Manager, you will be the "boots on the ground," ensuring our building systems run at peak performance and our stakeholders receive exceptional service.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and manage the daily work order ticket system to ensure high-quality service within SLAs.
• Track building assets and assist in capital planning, condition assessments, and improvement projects.
• Drive energy and sustainability initiatives, including green initiatives, waste management and energy-saving programs.
• Schedule and oversee vendor service calls, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance for all external service providers.
• Monitor property management services, attend landlord meetings, and foster trusted relationships to ensure lease requirements are met.
• Complete regular building inspections and ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and regulatory codes.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a facilities or property management environment.
• Bilingualism: Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory, as you will regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders outside of Quebec.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Lotus Notes or similar legacy database systems is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma (required); additional certifications in Facility Management are a plus.
