This Order Processing Specialist position in Laval requires an expert level of English (bilingual). This requirement is essential as the job holder will communicate daily for information processing with suppliers located in the United States, outside of Quebec, who do not speak French. Proficiency in English is therefore necessary to validate order specifications, ensure administrative follow-up, and resolve any information discrepancies with these English-speaking partners.

• Enter, validate, and maintain the integrity of order data with surgical precision in the SAP system
• Ensure the administrative conversion of sales orders into purchase orders destined for international suppliers
• Coordinate product allocation and information distribution per container to ensure perfect inventory visibility
• Perform necessary administrative adjustments to order files (dates, quantities, product codes)
• Maintain constant and professional communication in English with U.S. suppliers to validate processing details
• Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing and customer relations teams to align order data with market needs
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on the execution of merchandise programs for assigned major accounts
• Monitor order reservation statuses to ensure system information matches factory reality
• Analyze open order reports to identify and correct administrative anomalies in the pipeline
• Proceed with the administrative closing of purchase orders and upload required legal and customs documentation
• Act as an expert on the EDI process to guarantee the accuracy of automated information exchanges
• Update retailers' administrative portals while scrupulously following compliance protocols
