Responsibilities
How will your contributions be valued?
Financial Proposals:
o Formulate and prepare simple and complex financial proposals, taking into account the appropriate technical, technological, and financial considerations for each individual situation (requirements and types of technology and products, complete pricing table, etc.);
o Analyze and evaluate requests to optimize the quality of the financial offer as quickly as possible;
o Be responsible for collecting and compiling all the information necessary to prepare the proposal, including technical and cost elements;
o Work closely with directors, account managers, and the client success team to thoroughly document client needs;
o Manage project coordination, including gathering statements of work (SOWs) and technical information from internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and professional services teams;
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings with the sales, operations, product, finance, and legal teams to identify needs and develop a financial proposal that meets expectations;
• Ensure that data is provided on time and according to established quality procedures, in accordance with the offer/estimate/submission plan;
• Ensure that submissions/proposals and total costs are documented in detail and filed in a timely manner;
• Provide all necessary information to sales directors and consultants regarding submissions/proposals, and regularly report on the status of submissions using the defined tools;
• Generate various follow-up reports and updates.
Continuous Improvement:
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures;
• Actively participate in the standardization of practices and documentation;
o Develop and maintain knowledge of offerings, products, and financial models;
o Collaborate on improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
What you will bring to succeed in this role:
- University degree or vocational diploma (DEP) in administration, commerce, or accounting;
- 5 years of professional experience in administration, sales support, or tender coordination;
- Experience coordinating and producing complex proposals;
- Knowledge of contract terms;
- Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and other management systems;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Experience in the IT field is preferred;
- Good overall knowledge of the healthcare sector is an asset;
- Rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver simultaneous projects with tight deadlines;
- Customer-focused and action-oriented;
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
