Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Support and maintain BI platforms, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL-based systems)
Design and develop data models and queries to support reporting and analytics needs
Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
Support integrations and data flow between systems, including ERP platforms and third party applications
Provide user support and training on reports and dashboards to ensure effective use of data
Document data structures, reporting processes and BI solutions
Stay current with BI tools, technologies, and best practices and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence role.
Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data tools
Understanding of ERP systems and data structures

The IT Support Specialist will work out of an office environment, where a computer will be used sustained levels of visual effort and regular levels of manual dexterity and concentration are required.
