Advantages
Comprehensive Time-Off Package: Includes 3 weeks of standard vacation, 4 floater days, and 5 emergency sick days right from the start.
Milestone & Flex Rewards: Receive an additional week of vacation upon your 5-year anniversary, plus access to a unique vacation trade program (option to trade 1.9% of base earnings for an extra week of time off).
Global Enterprise Scale: Join a massive, globally distributed footprint of 70+ associates across India, Europe, and North America operating under a highly efficient "follow-the-sun" delivery model.
High-Visibility Modernization: Play a key technical leadership role in decommissioning legacy systems/mainframes and implementing multi-million-dollar modern enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities

Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate directly with Solution Engineering to ensure functional system designs perfectly meet complex global business objectives.
Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Oversee, write, and validate high-quality non-functional requirements that align seamlessly with enterprise security, speed, and architectural standards.
MVP Championing: Promote a strict Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset across teams to minimize waste, eliminate redundant scope, and ensure global code/system reuse.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively map out, identify, and mitigate risks or cross-functional dependencies that could impact epic delivery timelines.
Test Strategy & Automation: Define testing approaches for new epics and features, actively identifying test automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
Service Transition: Engage early with global IT support networks to ensure smooth post-deployment adoption and flawless service transition.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven, progressive background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Staff/Lead Business Analyst within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Methodology & Tools: Highly proficient with Jira and Confluence. Strong experience working within a SAFe Agile delivery framework.
Technical & Data Savvy: Possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex datasets, identify operational patterns, and document detailed process flows.
Leadership & Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable managing senior business/IT stakeholders and leading via influence.
Preferred Oracle Retail Expertise: Functional or technical knowledge of Oracle Retail applications (such as RMS Foundation, Stock Ledger, ReSA, ReIM, RPM) or a deep structural understanding of mass-retail merchandise flow and financial reconciliation processes.
Certifications (Nice-to-Have): Active SAFe Agile certifications (e.g., POPM) are considered a strong asset.
