Consultative Selling: Analyze customer requirements to recommend value-driven fleet management options.
Administrative Excellence: Develop professional, detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts
Sales Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to effectively track leads, sales pipelines, and customer activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure clients receive seamless, one-stop solutions.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the automotive, leasing, or fleet industries.
Communication Skills: Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Professional Mindset: An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization, from Directors to CEOs.
Licensing: Willingness to obtain and maintain an OMVIC license, with training provided by the company.
