Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle B2B sales strategies (outbound prospecting, digital discovery, negotiation, and closing) to secure net-new business within your assigned territory.
Maintain, consult, and upsell an active SMB customer base spending $10K–$50K annually, interacting primarily via phone, video, and digital platforms.
Achieve commercial milestones including individual monthly pipeline quotas and an annual net-new revenue target of $300,000.
Leverage CRM data (Salesforce), web analytics tools, and AI workflows to target supply chain inefficiencies and present customized pricing structures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service and specialized pre-sales teams to convert inbound warm leads.
Qualifications
Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience (experience in tech, finance, supply chain, or highly analytical corporate environments is preferred).
Core Competencies: High business acumen, commercial grit, coachability, and excellent oral/written presentation skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfort utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce) and modern digital sales software. Awareness or utilization of AI-driven tools to enhance work efficiency is a major asset.
Language: Fluency in English is required; native bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory for positions based in Quebec.
