Advantages
Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 CAD per year (commensurate with industry experience, network size, and proven sales record).
Performance Bonus / Target Incentive: $25,000+ per year tied directly to sales performance, regional growth, and meeting mid-year and annual target forecasts.
Payout Schedule: Distributed in two installments—half paid at mid-year (during summer) upon reaching mid-year targets, and the remainder paid at year-end upon achieving annual forecasts.

Strategy and Commercial PerformanceDevelop and implement the sales development strategy for Ontario. Prepare sales forecasts, analyze results, and identify growth levers. Negotiate and establish commercial agreements with key regional accounts. Focus heavily on relationship-building rather than standard transactional B2B sales, managing a massive catalog of over 15,000 SKUs, including custom orders.Representative ManagementOversee the territory's representative agency: define priorities, set objectives, and ensure regular performance monitoring. Participate in strategic client visits and market development initiatives. Distribution, Showrooms, and ProjectsDevelop sales with regional distributors and increase product presence in strategic showrooms. Identify opportunities in residential and multi-unit projects; build relationships with developers, real estate promoters, and contractors. Position products in requests for proposals and project specifications. Marketing and Internal CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure execution of commercial initiatives. Support new product launches and promotional activities across the territory. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, management, and team leadership. Experience on the road within the plumbing industry (retail and wholesale side) is a major asset. Education: College or university diploma in business administration, management, or a related field. Language: English proficiency is required; bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) is considered a strong asset. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills; knowledge of SAP is an asset. Travel: High travel expectations (approximately 80% of the work week on the road visiting clients across Ontario, with potential travel to Western Canada). Must reside in Ontario (preferably within the GTA area).
