Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Management
Business Development: Proactively develop new business through research, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry trade shows.
Lead Qualification: Act on inbound leads and qualify opportunities by understanding specific client business needs.
Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle, including conducting in-person demonstrations and managing a strategic territory plan.
Deal Closure:
Coordinate contract reviews, negotiate terms, and secure all necessary legal documentation (e.g., CVOR, insurance, and licensing)
Account & Relationship Management
Client Retention: Sustain business development efforts with assigned accounts and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Customer Support: Act as a liaison with internal service and parts teams to provide a "one-stop-shop" experience and resolve any customer disputes.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with leasing and finance teams to build customer-specific financing models and competitive quotes.
Administrative & Market Intelligence
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, quotes, and deposits within the CRM database.
Reporting: Prepare timely sales metrics, including forecasting, funnel analysis, and engagement plans for management.
Market Research: Stay current on competitive products, technology trends, and commercial trucking intelligence.

Sales Expertise: Superior sales strategy, prospecting tactics, and solution-based selling experience
