We are looking for an ambitious, consultative Account Manager to join our expanding commercial team. In this role, you will shift clients from transactional purchases to comprehensive, high-margin IT solutions spanning hardware, managed services, professional services, and technical staffing.
...
Working under the direction of our newly appointed Senior Sales Director, you will own client relationships, run full-cycle business development within assigned verticals, and maximize gross-profit-based commissions with an uncapped earning upside.
Advantages
Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
Earning Potential: $150,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped commissions tied to Gross Profit (GP).
Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid model (2 days on-site, 3 days work-from-home).
Comprehensive Benefits: Standard health and dental coverage plans.
Growth Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with structured leadership, clear playbooks, and direct paths for career advancement.
Responsibilities
Account Growth & Relationship Management: Drive retention and cross-sell/upsell opportunities across existing client accounts, positioning our complete suite of hardware, managed services (MS), professional services (PS), and staffing solutions.
Solutions-Oriented Selling: Transition clients away from transactional "box-buying" toward multi-year, high-value technical solutions tailored to their operational goals.
Vertical Penetration: Identify, prospect, and close opportunities within key target verticals, including energy, construction, mining, healthcare, and the public sector.
Technical & Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with Pre-Sales Engineers, the CTO, and Inside Sales to scope, design, and deliver complex IT and infrastructure proposals.
CRM Discipline & Pipeline Management: Maintain high standards of sales hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring accurate opportunity stages, pipeline visibility, and reliable quarterly forecasting.
Vendor & Partner Engagement: Leverage relationships with Tier 1 technology vendors to build joint go-to-market opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
Qualifications
3–6+ years in B2B technology sales, VAR, or MSP account management.
Proven ability to close solutions-based sales in verticals like energy, healthcare, mining, or construction.
Solid working familiarity with Salesforce and structured pipeline management.
Strong consultative presentation, negotiation, and contract closing skills.
