This business unit combines cutting-edge cloud software with a comprehensive hardware ecosystem to completely disrupt the enterprise access control and video surveillance market. As the foundational member of this team, you will wield immense autonomy, drive strategic North American market penetration, and own the blueprint for future division growth.
...
Advantages
- True Autonomy: Step out from being a cog in a massive machine and build a business unit with direct exposure to the executive suite (CRO and CEO).
- Untapped Potential: Inherit a warm database of several thousand enterprise accounts that have never been pitched this brand-new product line.
- Unrivaled Earning Capacity: Benefit from an uncapped, highly lucrative revenue-share model where top performers earn upwards of $500k to $1M+.
- Corporate Stability, Startup Agility: Enjoy the fast-paced environment of an early-stage launch backed by the massive financial security, enterprise infrastructure, and premium benefits of a major publicly traded technology player.
Responsibilities
- Act as the founding hunter to build, manage, and close a robust enterprise sales pipeline across North America.
- Educate corporate clients on the business value of shifting legacy on-premise security architectures over to modern, unified cloud platforms.
- Navigate complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles ranging from $50,000 to $750,000+.
- Manage strategic, nuanced relationships with regional third-party installers and integrators to ensure seamless physical deployment of hardware.
- Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team to build out the division's repeatable go-to-market playbook and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise technology or software sales, with deep vertical expertise inside the physical security infrastructure domain.
- Direct experience selling modern cloud-native access control or unified cloud video surveillance platforms is strictly required.
- Demonstrated capability to win net-new logos from scratch and run highly technical, multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
- Prior foundational sales training from an elite B2B sales academy is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking - someone who can close deals while simultaneously advising leadership on overarching sales enablement strategies.
Summary
This is a rare opportunity for an elite sales professional to take true ownership of a market-disrupting product line and build a division from the ground up. We provide a highly competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, paired with an uncapped commission structure designed to yield an OTE well north of $200,000 to $300,000 in year one. If you are a driven hunter ready to turn your strategic ideas into an enterprise reality, we want to hear from you.
