Responsibilities
• Executing full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and efficiently
• Performing complex bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations
• Utilizing a large-scale ERP system to manage, analyze, and report daily financial data
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial reporting and resolve variances
• Assisting with the preparation of internal financial statements and supporting schedules

Qualifications
• Proven experience handling month-end closing processes and complex reconciliations
• Demonstrated proficiency navigating and working within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional team members
