Location: Montreal, QC
Competitive Salary
Duration: 3month (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: M-F 9-5, will have flexibility on the hybrid schedule, no set hybrid schedule at this time

Responsibilities
Consistently review, approve and deny all time and expense reports·
Responsible for updating expense guides and assist in creating training materials·
Independently respond to basic client and general inquiries while escalating complex queries to the appropriate parties·
Provide expense reports and participate in expense audits on a monthly, quarterly and mid-year basis·
Assist with the Accounts Payable function by processing vendor invoices, requesting checks, and analyzing and processing contractor and broker expenses·
Work closely with the client accounting department in Chicago in relation to Accounts Payable·
Work closely with Finance and various Operations teams within Canada on Accounts Payable matters
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE·
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline·
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Knowledge of English is required for this position to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members located outside of Quebec.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Should be highly motivated, independent but able to work within a team in an environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing·
Exceptional data entry and analytical skills·
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and quality of work·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills·
Knowledge of business processes and related industry practices·
Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment·
May require on-call activity after regular office hours·
Must operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders·
Must have a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times·
Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others·
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
