We are looking for a qualified accountant/technician to join our clients' real estate team. Based in the Greater Montreal area, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team. Your attention to detail and mastery of financial documentation will contribute to the accuracy and speed of accounting activities.

Responsibilities
-Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process a high volume of invoices (75-80 per day), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment and collection activities.
-Re-billing: Execute re-billing processes efficiently, handling complex real estate transactions and associated financial documentation.
-Cash Handling: Oversee cash receipts, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Fluency in English (3/5) is required.
Knowledge of HOPEM processes is an asset.
Basic proficiency in Excel.
