Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following accounting tasks:
- Track and pay supplier invoices
- assist a team of 20 in the accounting cycle primarily maintaining day to day transactions, required by the property manager and clients.
- prepare monthly reports, assist in audits on a quarterly basis
-collections, billing, as per stated terms in the lease agreements
-note and report discrepancies on a daily basis
-follow up with outstanding discrepancies, and all tasks related
Qualifications

- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- 3 + years of experience in accounting
- Intermediate level excel skills
- French and English – training is done in french – it must be at least functional
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
