Responsibilities
Duties of the Accounts Payable and Accounting Technician :
- Complete accounts payable cycle
- Analyze, enter invoices into the system and issue payments
- Follow-up of communications with suppliers (mostly English-speakers)
- Bank reconciliations
- Help with month-ends
- Monthly reporting
Qualifications
- Resourceful and autonomous in accounts payable
- At ease with computer tools (Excel, ERP system)
- Advanced English
- Able to travel to Anjou 2-3 times/week
