Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions accurately and efficiently.
Utilize Sage 300 and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) to process invoices, payments, and financial data.
Work closely and communicate daily with the manager, Martin Yates, to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain clear records, perform reconciliations, and address vendor or customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
Great Personality & Positive Attitude: You are approachable, easy to work with, and bring strong interpersonal skills to the team.
Relevant or Transferable Experience: Previous experience in AP/AR roles, or transferable bookkeeping/accounting experience in similar administrative environments.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience or familiarity with Sage 300 and Microsoft Office 365.
Reliable & Punctual: Able to commute to the South Edmonton office for full-time, in-person shifts from Monday to Friday.
