Calendar & Appointment Management: Schedule client meetings accurately in the office calendar, capture detailed notes, and send confirmation emails to both clients and team members.
Administrative Support: Help lawyers and consultants with basic day-to-day office tasks, including scanning, filing, sorting mail, and light data entry using tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Clio.
Office Care & Teamwork: Keep the reception and conference areas tidy, organized, and stocked with coffee and supplies so visitors and staff always feel comfortable.
