Overall Accountability
The Analyst is primarily responsible for minimizing the risk of bad debts by carefully monitoring and managing outstanding accounts receivable. They work to maximize collection efficiency through proactive follow-up, risk assessment, and investigation of delinquent accounts. By collaborating closely with internal teams and customers, the Analyst ensures timely payments and supports the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities
Role Overview & Responsibilities
1. Collect returned payments for delinquent accounts using risk assessment
2. Perform due diligence investigation on customer profiles prior to performing collection efforts
3. Verify customer history of bankruptcies and previous ownership with ITL though bank references and trade
references
4. Track the collection of aging accounts receivables
5. Recommend sending delinquent accounts to our third-party collection agency
6. Continuous collaboration with Order to team members, account representatives and customers regarding
investigations conducted (delivery issues, change of ownerships,
Qualifications
- With a financial background.
-Strong computer skills (MS Office- Excel skills)
-Persistence and agility for your end goals
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-A passion for nurturing strong client relationships
-The ability to prioritize, and be highly organized
-Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours, some flexibility may be needed)
