Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Support: Act as the day-to-day lead for suppliers, guiding them through platform onboarding and campaign setup.
Campaign Execution: Review campaign submissions for adherence to creative, copy, and branding guidelines while coordinating with internal production and legal teams.
Optimization & Analysis: Monitor campaign pacing and status, using tools like Excel (Pivot Tables) and Tableau to provide data-driven recommendations for media plan adjustments.
Strategic Planning: Support the translation of supplier goals into effective onsite and offsite media approaches, aligning campaigns with key selling periods.
Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and troubleshoot campaign delays to keep projects moving forward.
Commercial Support: Assist leadership with contract renewals, historical performance analysis, and the preparation of pitch decks for new vendor opportunities
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in digital media, retail media, or account support. Prior agency experience or a background in media planning is highly preferred.
Education: University or College degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), CRM software (Salesforce), and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to lead client-facing meetings and virtual presentations.
Problem Solving: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncover meaning through critical thinking.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
