Responsibilities
đź§ Customer experience & administration
Provide professional and attentive customer service to customers, mortgage brokers and financial advisors.
Respond to inquiries and ensure efficient follow-up of files.
Manage referrals in CRM (creation, delegation, 48-hour follow-ups, reminders).
Update the list of active brokers.
Prepare support documents for strategic meetings.
📊 Sales support & data management
Enter sales data into CRM on a daily basis.
Produce and analyze sales reports (Quebec and British Columbia).
Prepare follow-up files for advisor/broker development.
Manage monthly broker payroll (QC and BC) and follow up on insurer statements.
Collaborate with finance team to process monthly data.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or administrative support.
High school diploma required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Team player, autonomous and proactive.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingualism required).
Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Attention to detail, rigor and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
