You will be at the heart of our operations: employee onboarding, tracking government filings, recruitment support, and general administrative coordination.

Salary: $25 to $27 per hour, based on experience
Location: Located in Montreal, Rosemont district
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Full coordination of onboarding (computer, phone, access, emails)
Updating employee files
Tracking correspondence with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Administrative management of government files or notices
Coordination with the immigration consultant
Collection and transmission of required documents
Monitoring deadlines and communicating with the employees concerned
Ordering office supplies
Document preparation
Support to management
Qualifications
Perfectly bilingual (French / English).
5+ years of experience in administration or HR coordination.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Resourcefulness, autonomy, and a sharp sense of priorities.
Absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft 365, HR platforms).
