Responsibilities
As an Administrative Coordinator, your role will consist of:
Account Management & Support: Managing key national account relationships from sale to delivery, including the creation of strategic client reports.
Logistics & Technical Coordination: Serving as the daily liaison between the main office and partner plants, validating sample compliance, and transmitting production requirements.
Operations & Projects: Driving multiple projects and product launches simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Support & Collaboration: Assisting teams through the SAP rollout and actively contributing to strategic planning meetings.
Qualifications
To become an Administrative Coordinator, you must possess the required skills:
Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop clear, visual, and professional business presentation structures.
• Practical experience or strong learning agility with an ERP system.
• Ability to navigate and centralize tasks using modern project management software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with local and international multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or executive support (5+ years) within the manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution sector.
• Highly structured and perfectly autonomous profile, demonstrating rigor and strong organizational skills.
