You do not need to master everything from day one, as a step-by-step integration is planned. Although an accounting designation is not required, excellent accounting logic is necessary.
For this business administration position, you must have a functional command of English in order to communicate with certain suppliers. In accordance with current legislation, French remains the primary language of work within the organization, but the use of English is required on an occasional basis to ensure business continuity and follow-ups with external partners located outside the province.

• Review, apply, communicate, and update internal policies and procedures.

• Ensure the proper functioning of IT systems and servers, in collaboration with the service provider.
Qualifications
• Hold a college diploma in administration, management, or any other relevant field.
• Have at least ten years of experience in administration, accounting, or management control.
• Have a strong command of French, both spoken and written, and a functional command of English.
• Master office software (especially Excel at an advanced level) as well as QuickBooks accounting software.
• Previous work experience in an NPO constitutes an asset.
• Possess excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and a strong sense of priorities.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, an analytical mind, and an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong accounting logic, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Show judgment, discretion, and professional ethics.
