Responsibilities
• Administrative File Management: You will be responsible for the validation and processing of administrative data for students, graduates, and members. This includes data entry, report generation, and file tracking.
• Collaboration in Organizing Association Activities: You will actively participate in preparing for and holding examination sessions. You will also support the team with document classification and digitization, ensuring both electronic and paper files are up-to-date.
• Provide Logistical and Operational Support: You will handle various front-desk activities. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge transfer within your team and perform any other related duties.
Qualifications
• College diploma in office automation or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in similar administrative roles.
• Fluency in spoken and written French, with a good knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with computer tools, including the Office Suite.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
