Responsibilities
As the Administrative and Client Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by:
Managing email and phone correspondence with clients and internal team members
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars across various time zones
Handling light administrative duties such as document management, note-taking, and follow-ups
Supporting service operations by triaging simple support requests or questions
Assisting with case management, including CRM updates and tracking client progress
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or client support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and tools like Asana, Trello, or CRM systems
Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong asset
Able to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment
Confident in cold calling and client outreach
A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
