Responsibilities
• Proficiency in business administration practices and basic office organization.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to learn new transportation management software and warehouse communication tools quickly.
• Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, answer phone inquiries, and assist dispatch using two-way radio systems.
• Perform core business administration tasks, including order entry, filing, document uploading, and processing proof of delivery (POD) records.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with truck drivers, office staff, warehouse managers, and external clients.
• Input and update operational records accurately using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and specialized transportation software.
• Support daily administrative tasks and occasionally assist with light front-desk upkeep and routine office organization.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education required.
• Prior experience in an administrative support or receptionist role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate computers, manage files, and learn specialized logistics software.
• Punctual, dependable, and possesses a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work comfortably in a business casual environment interacting with transport drivers and warehouse staff.
