• Serve as the primary administrative contact for sales representatives, assisting with day-to-day needs and urgent requests.
• Assist the Sales Manager with planning, organizing, and executing company-wide client and internal events.
• Manage event logistics, including ticketing via Ticketmaster, venue coordination, and corporate gift procurement.
• Reconcile monthly expense reports and process purchase orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain office hospitality stations, manage inventory, and ensure client-facing meeting spaces are presentation-ready.
• Maintain flexible availability to provide evening and weekend support as required by business operations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, event coordination, or customer service role.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Full flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support sales and event demands.
