Shift: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm, 1 hour unpaid break

Advantages
- Payrate: $25/h
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Responsibilities
Code invoices in Yardi Voyager and submit for approval - this is the main task that will be required
Check in contractors arriving at the office
Answer main phone line
Order property posters, stationery and coffee supplies
Respond to tenant inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team
Open mail and distribute amongst the team
Scanning, copying, filing and general office duties
Other duties as reasonably assigned
Qualifications
Analytical mindset, familiarity with basic accounting concepts an asset
Good verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking, customer service and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
Experience with Yardi Voyager, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
0-2 years working experience
