In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that paperwork, documentation, and internal processes run seamlessly. This is a "back-office" focused position that offers a collaborative culture and direct exposure to the world of Private Wealth Management.
Location: North York (Yonge & Sheppard), Toronto, ON
Work Environment: Fully Onsite (5 days a week)
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Starting June 2026)
Pay Rate: $19.89
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process essential paperwork and financial forms for signing and mailing.
Operational Support: Handle daily administrative tasks including report generation, invoicing, and maintaining digital and physical files with 100% accuracy.
Advisor Support: Own and maintain calendar management for multiple advisors, proactively troubleshooting scheduling conflicts.
Team Collaboration: Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities and provide vacation coverage for other administrative colleagues.
Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal team touchpoints, providing regular updates on project status and day-to-day activities.
Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive customer data and executive communications.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of professional administrative experience (Banking or Financial Services experience is a strong asset).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: * Unrivaled Attention to Detail: You catch the small errors that others miss.
Agility: Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for internal coordination.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
