Responsibilities
Prepare and sort physical documents (removing staples, organizing, and indexing).
Scan and digitize high volumes of files, contracts, and invoices using professional equipment.
Perform quality control on scanned images (checking for clarity, alignment, and completeness) and ensure data accuracy.
Name, classify, and archive digital files in our Electronic Document Management (EDM) system according to company nomenclature.
Handle data entry to update internal databases and tracking sheets.
Collaborate with various departments to help them easily access their digital archives.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in office administration, clerical work, archiving, or scanning (an asset, but we are ready to train the right motivated talent!).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, MS Office, professional scanners, and document management software.
Your Superpowers: Bulletproof rigor, quick execution, and a strict respect for data confidentiality.
Team Player: Highly autonomous in your daily tasks, but always ready to support and communicate with the team.
Bilingual for communications with colleagues and clients outside of canada.
