This high-trust role goes far beyond traditional administrative work. You will be the central pillar enabling two busy senior executives to operate at full capacity, both professionally and personally.
You will simultaneously manage the business priorities of a thriving SME and the executives' personal and family logistics. You must be able to anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and navigate seamlessly between the business world and the private sphere.

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. Flexibility: Hybrid model (1 day of remote work per week)
Flexible 40-hour workweek.
Paid time off: 3 weeks of vacation + the full week of Christmas + 5 personal days
Summer schedule: Finish at 3:00 PM every Friday, from Victoria Day to Labor Day.

Responsibilities
Manage complex schedules, meetings, and priorities for both executives.
Prepare meeting materials, rigorously track files, and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate comprehensive business travel and related logistics.
Support cross-functional projects and internal company communications.
Handle and safeguard confidential business information with absolute discretion.
Coordinate personal travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) for the executives and their families.
Manage and integrate family schedules with professional commitments.
Schedule personal appointments (medical, professional, recurring obligations).
Manage household logistics (coordinating home service providers, deliveries, personal projects).
Handle gifts, invitations (RSVPs), and family celebrations, and run urgent errands as needed.
Act as a liaison with external contacts (accountants, lawyers, schools, etc.).
Qualifications
Experience supporting senior management.
Strong bilingualism (English/French) is essential, as the role involves frequent communication with partners outside Canada, particularly in the United States; approximately 70% of the work is conducted in English.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and meticulous attention to detail.
High level of discretion, resourcefulness, ability to remain calm under pressure, and the capacity to switch quickly between different contexts.
Valid driver’s license required (for occasional errands).
