🎯 Your Role
Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will act as the central pivot between clients, suppliers, and technical teams. You will ensure the fluidity of operations, from material purchasing to the final delivery of projects.
Advantages
Salary: Between $30 and $35 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Week: 37.5 hours per week.
Break: 1-hour lunch break
Office located in East Montreal, easily accessible via the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station.

Stable Mandate: A 12-month mission at the heart of operational activities in the Montreal-East district.
Responsibilities
Administrative Management: Perform data entry for cost tracking and transmit relevant information to the project coordinator for optimal management.
Logistics & Purchasing: Proceed with purchases from suppliers according to approved quotes and manage delivery slips as well as merchandise returns (including warranties).
Scheduling: Establish work team schedules and coordinate pickup times with technicians.
Client Service: Confirm appointments with clients, validate work planning, and ensure rigorous follow-up on site progress.
Qualifications
Education: DCS (DEC) in project management or a related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in a technical field related to construction or security.
Languages: Bilingualism is essential to communicate with a diverse clientele.
Assets: Sharp sense of priorities, resourcefulness, surgical precision, and a strong team spirit.
