• Manage daily tenant interactions and follow up on requests
• Prepare leases, lease assignments, and other administrative documents
• Follow up on document signatures
• Send and process rental applications
• Handle rent collection
• Update the real estate software (HOPEM) during move-ins and move-outs
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on tenant files
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient customer service
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency with computer tools and document management
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
• Autonomy, professionalism, and discretion
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of HOPEM software (an asset)
