Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Between $50,000 and $60,000 per year
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break

Responsibilities
Agenda and Correspondence Management: Manage emails, organize the Vice President's calendar, and schedule meetings.
Communication Support: Draft documents in both French and English for various internal and external audiences.
Data Compilation and Analysis: Gather and compile data to prepare reports.
Stakeholder Relations: Ensure effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
Document Management: File and organize documents to ensure quick and efficient access to information.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Bilingualism: Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Skills: Must be autonomous, proactive, a strong team player, able to manage stress effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
