Responsibilities
Manage personnel movements, billing, and staffing processes. You serve as the central point of contact to ensure the unit’s operations run seamlessly.
Produce, review, and update statistical reports. Your proficiency with Excel allows you to transform raw data into strategic management tools.
Take charge of drafting and linguistic revision for official documents. You ensure an impeccable brand image across every communication.
Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective measures to streamline the department's administrative activities.
Occasionally communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, or employees located outside of Quebec.
Qualifications
(DEP) in Secretarial Studies, Office Automation, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or coordination.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Teams.
Impeccable mastery of French, combined with professional-level English to effectively serve our English-speaking clientele.
High level of autonomy, exemplary attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
